《工房モノゴコロについて》

波多野いってん と 波多野びんの2人で2020年より茨城県水戸市にて活動開始。陶と革から生まれる作品を制作しています。

猫を中心とした動物をモチーフにしたものが多いですが、見た目の愛くるしさだけでなく、デザインに制限される中でも軽さや持ちやすさなどの使いやすさを求める作品づくりを心がけています。

We, Itten Hatano and Bin Hatano, began creating our work in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, in 2020. We produce pieces crafted from pottery and leather.

we create many pieces featuring animal motifs, particularly cats. we keep in mind to craft items that are not only adorable in appearance but also practical—prioritizing qualities like ease of handling—even within the constraints of the design.
